Construct GH has been building in Ghana since 1977 — a practice now approaching its fiftieth year. The firm’s work concentrates where the commissioning standard is highest: corporate and institutional facilities, diplomatic missions, and financial institutions, principally in Accra and Tema.
Specification grade is the standard
A Construct GH project is the responsibility of one named member of the Project Office, held from the first survey to the warranty. Measured bills of quantities before commitment, materials specified to the applicable standard, multi-stage quality control on site, and a written acceptance file at handover — the methodology that separates specification-grade construction from commercial-grade building.
Who commissions us
The organisations that engage Construct GH tend to share one trait: their procurement processes put performance in writing before tender. Corporate head offices. Missions whose facility standards are set abroad and audited against. Banking institutions whose premises must pass their own regulators’ facility requirements. We build to those regimes, and we document that we have.
The long arc
Codes have tightened since 1977. Fire, structural and envelope requirements have evolved, and the audit schedules of institutional occupiers have evolved with them. What has not changed is what Construct GH signs for: a building specified to perform, delivered by one named specialist, handed over in writing, and sound decades later.
