What It Costs — Honestly
There is no honest per-square-metre rate for a commercial façade — the cost comes from a Bill of Quantities that measures the framing, the glass specification, the system type (stick-built vs unitised), the building height, and the access. A unitised tower façade and a stick-built three-storey elevation are different jobs at different costs. We price the façade in a measured BoQ so you and your funders see a real, line-by-line figure, not a guess.
